HOW DO I REGISTER?
Register for Summer Clubhouse 2021 by: "In person Clubhouse Registration” to proceed with enrolling your child in our 2021 Summer program (Registration is in person only)
HOW OLD CAN MY CHILD BE TO PARTICIPATE?
First through eighth grade (age restrictions may vary from club to club. Please contact the Clubhouse staff for specific details).
WHAT ARE THE FEES?
Lufkin, Nacogdoches, Polk cost $75 for Summer or $40 per month. Diboll, San Augustine and Hardin cost $50 for Summer or $30 per month.
HOW DO I PAY?
Check, Card or money order (bring to your local club director Thursday the week prior to attending)
Full payment is required to save your child’s spot for the season.
HOW DOES DROP OFF AND PICK UP WORK?
During drop off parents must remain inside vehicle, your local club director will contact you after you register to schedule a drop off time. In most cases our local school district will have a bus delivering clubhouse members directly to the club after school.
During pick up parents must remain inside vehicle. Must pick up child before 5 p.m. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
WHAT IS MY CHILD ALLOWED TO BRING EACH DAY?
Your child may bring one electronic device, one refillable water bottle, and any necessary items.
HOW DO I KNOW MY CHILD IS SAFE?
With the emergence of COVID-19, Boys & Girls Clubs of Deep East Texas has put into place several preventive strategies to ensure the health and safety of our Staff and club members. The safety of our members is our number one priority. We have put into practice many procedures such as temperature taking, smaller groups to help maintain social distancing, and frequent hand washing to ensure the safety of our staff and Club members.
